What happens if I change my subscription after my first month ships; will I still get the same VIP savings on my everyday orders?

VIP savings are locked in for 31 days from the day your subscription order is shipped. If you make changes to your subscription, your new VIP savings is calculated at the time your next subscription order is processed, and then is valid for the next 31 days. In the event you place a new VIP savings order before the month is over (i.e. 2 in a month), if they are different percentages, the higher of the two will apply on any everyday savings order you place during the next 31 days.

What happens if an item in my subscription is out of stock?

We send you an email 7 days out and the day before your order is shipped and let you know if any of your products are not available, so you have the opportunity to update your subscription before it is shipped. Please keep in mind unavailable products might affect your VIP tier.

What is an everyday savings order?

Everyday savings orders are orders that are placed outside of your primary monthly subscription order using the standard ordering process on our website. These may also be referred to as a la carte orders or ‘one-offs’ and allow you to take advantage of promotions, try something different or replenish a product you love that has run out earlier than expected.

This perk lets you take advantage of your VIP savings every day, no matter how you shop.

How are my VIP savings calculated based on the products in my subscription?

Each product on our website has a unique subscription value. For most products the value is 1, but collections have a value equivalent to the number of unique products in the collection.

As an added perk, individual products that are priced at $80 or more are counted as multiple quantities towards VIP savings. Individual products priced below $80 are counted as 1 value regardless of how many of the same product are a collection or the subscription order.

For example: Christine creates a subscription order for 3 Modere Toothpastes for her family and 2 bottles of Shape for herself. In this case, her applicable VIP savings tier is based on a subscription value of 3 products – the 2 bottles of Shape count as 2 items at a price of over $80 each, and the 3 toothpastes count as 1 product value because the price of each individual toothpaste is less than $80. So a subscription value of 3 is used to calculate her VIP savings, corresponding to the Fan tier at a 5% monthly savings. This savings will apply to Christine’s subscription and to any other orders she may place during the next 31 days.

What is Share the Love?

Share the Love is a way to earn unlimited shopping credits by sharing Modere with your friends. Using your referral code, your friend will save $10 on their first purchase and you'll receive a $10 referral shopping credit for your next purchase.

Better yet, refer a new Customer who joins as a VIP with a minimum $99 subscription, and for each consecutive month they maintain their minimum VIP status, with orders over $99, you'll receive a $10 recurring referral credit!

When your friend joins Modere and places their first order using your referral code, your $10 shopping credit is automatically applied to your account.

How does Subscription Loyalty Match work?

Your VIP savings discount is applied to your subscription according to the subscription value of your order, as described above. When you maintain your subscription for two consecutive months, Modere will begin to match your discount. You will see a new discount line item in the checkout process that takes your subtotal after your initial VIP savings, and then deducts a loyalty match discount of the same percentage.

For example:
Jim has been using Modere products now for 1 months and his method of payment is scheduled to be charged today for his 2nd consecutive subscription order. He normally pays $95 with his VIP savings of 5% off the regular price of $100. When Jim checks his order invoice on his order, he will notice a 5% Subscription Loyalty Match of $4.75, resulting in a new reduced subtotal of $90.25.

The math is as follows:
Lean Body System: $100
VIP Fan 5% savings: $5
Subscription Loyalty Match:     $4.75 [based on ($95 x 5%]
Subtotal: $90.25

Please note if you cancel your subscription or skip a month, you will reset your loyalty counter on this benefit and need to maintain your subscription for another 2 consecutive months to re-qualify.

What is Friends & Family?

During your first 30 days as a new Modere customer, the Friends & Family program lets you upgrade your Share the Love rewards and earn up to $100 in referral credits!

When you share your Share the Love referral link with a new customer, the first 5 people who place a first order of $99 or more, will receive a $20 product credit. You, as a Customer, will also receive a $20 credit for each new customer, up to those first 5. If they spend less than $99, they will still save $10 on their order via our Share the Love program.

Remember, you can keep sharing your Share the Love link after your first 5 referrals have redeemed their Friends & Family discount, and subsequentreferrals will still receive a $10 Share the Love savings on their first order, regardless of their order total.

You can track the status and redemption(s) of your Share the Love referrals by logging into your Modere account.

What is the 6 Monthly Anniversary Credit?

Every 6 months, based on the date you opened your Customer account, we’ll give you a $25 Anniversary discount. This discount is valid for 31 days and will automatically apply to an order of $99 or more. It’s just our way of saying thanks for choosing Modere and making the switch to live clean.

Can I use any of my shopping credits or anniversary discount to pay for shipping or any other fees?

No. The shopping credits and discount are applied to the sub-total of your order.

How do I get the free shipping benefit?

15% VIP Insiders will receive free shipping on their monthly Subscribe & Save or scheduled subscription order with a value of 8 or more products from the 3rd consecutive month's subscription onwards. This benefit does not apply to everyday orders.
